Galia Melon

Galia melons are a cross between a cantaloupe and honeydew. The rind has a netting pattern like a cantaloupe, but the inside is a lime green colour. These melons are in the 5-6 lb range, with a very distinct spicy sweet flavour, and are very aromatic.
